Terms for accessing PHOTOJYK.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

These Terms apply to the public PHOTOJYK website and its publicly available materials. Commissioned work, institutional services and controlled access to IMMERVA may be governed by separate written agreements. If a separate agreement applies, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict.

The website presents PHOTOJYK’s professional practice, selected places, methods, capabilities and product direction. It is provided for general information and institutional reference.

Nothing on the public website is a binding offer, professional advice or a guarantee that any project, feature, service, access pathway or publication will remain available or unchanged.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, the website’s design, writing, photography, video, panoramas, virtual-tour media, diagrams, interfaces, brand elements and other original materials are owned by PHOTOJYK LTD or used with authorization.

Third-party and institutionally controlled materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. No rights are transferred by viewing the website, and no licence is granted except the limited permission to access the public website under these Terms.

You may:

• Access and view the public website through ordinary browser functions.
• Link to a public page or share its URL for non-commercial reference.
• Quote or use a limited excerpt where permitted by applicable law, provided that attribution and context remain accurate and the use does not suggest sponsorship, endorsement or institutional approval.

Written permission from PHOTOJYK LTD is required for broader reproduction, publication, exhibition, adaptation, distribution or commercial use.

• Copy, download in bulk, republish, sell, sublicense or redistribute website materials.
• Remove or obscure credit, copyright, trademark or other rights notices.

• Impersonate PHOTOJYK or use the website for an unlawful, deceptive or harmful purpose.

References to IMMERVA describe PHOTOJYK’s controlled cultural-access platform and do not create a public right of access. Availability, eligibility, features, pricing and institutional terms may change, and authorized access may require a separate agreement.

References to institutions, places or partners do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated. External websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and PHOTOJYK does not control their content, security or availability.

The website and its public materials are provided on an “as available” basis. PHOTOJYK works to present accurate and considered information but does not warrant that every page, reference, image, link or technical function will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PHOTOJYK LTD is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on the public website, inability to access it, third-party services or use of the website contrary to these Terms.
